New Outboard Motors

Manufacturer warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's individual terms and conditions.

Pre-Owned Outboard Motors

Warranty coverage for used or pre-owned motors varies by product. Any applicable warranty will be clearly disclosed on the product page or sales documentation before purchase. Unless specifically stated otherwise, pre-owned motors are sold without a manufacturer warranty.

Warranty Claims

If you experience a problem with an outboard motor covered by an applicable warranty, contact us with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • Motor make and model

  • Serial number

  • Description of the problem

  • Photos or videos where applicable

Warranty Exclusions

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or covered by a manufacturer's warranty, warranty coverage generally does not apply to damage resulting from improper installation, accidents, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow manufacturer operating instructions.
