At Outboard Trader LLC, we are committed to providing clear and reliable shipping information for every order.

Shipping Area

We ship to eligible addresses throughout the United States. Shipping availability and costs may vary depending on the product, destination, weight, dimensions, and required freight service.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment and order verification.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Transit Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated transit time is generally:

3–7 business days within the United States.

Large or heavy outboard motors requiring specialized freight service may take longer depending on the destination and carrier.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery destination, product weight, dimensions, and shipping method.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout or communicated before the customer completes payment when a freight quote is required. There are no undisclosed shipping or handling charges added after an order has been confirmed.

Freight Shipping

Due to the size and weight of some outboard motors, certain orders may require freight delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address. Additional carrier services requested by the customer may result in additional charges where disclosed before purchase.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive their carrier and tracking information after the order has shipped.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier receives the shipment.

Delivery

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If there is visible shipping damage, notify the carrier and contact Outboard Trader LLC promptly so we can assist with the appropriate next steps.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, freight scheduling, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
